Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate, as magnesium citrate, as magnesium gluconate, as magnesium hydrogen citrate, as magnesium lactate)

Magnesium is an important mineral, playing a role in over 300 enzyme reactions in the human body that regulate diverse biochemical reactions including protein synthesis. Olive Leaf extract comes from the leaves of the olive tree (Olea europaea). Vitamin E [Natural] (as d-alpha tocopherol, as d-alpha tocopherol acetate, as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, as natural mixed tocopherol)

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble nutrient found in many foods. In the body, it acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals.
